About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis team oversees our investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital investment. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. Your responsibilities will include the creation, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditures for the Meta Robotics Studio team. You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with business partners as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or finance.
• BS, BA or MS in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or similar discipline).
• Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership.
• Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders.
• Experience with building financial models in Excel.
• Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with leadership.
• Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in quantitative field.
• Experience managing a hardware/operations portfolio.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Oracle and Hyperion.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Robotics, AI, and/or Hardware development fields.

Responsibilities
