About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. Regional candidates will have access to our beautiful headquarters located on River Drive in Moline, IL. This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility. This role is also open to remote candidates in select states. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the updating of financial management applications, ensure regulatory compliance, publish management reports, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will report to the VP of Finance, collaborate with various team members across the organization and foster team development and career progression within the finance team. You will bring a strong background in financial management within the financial services industry, excellent analytical skills and a commitment to the credit union's mission of member service and community support.
