The Finance Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Radiation Oncology, is responsible for managing finances, overseeing analytics, supporting growth initiatives (including network development) and monitoring staffing levels. This role involves identifying and analyzing business needs and ensuring responsible financial stewardship of operating budgets (including both revenue and expenses) exceeding $250 million. The Finance Manager will translate key business questions into relevant data sets, visualizations, and reports. The Finance Manager defines problems and/or opportunities, assesses their alignment with the Institute's overall strategy, and develops solutions to facilitate change.
