About The Position
Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and resourceful Finance Manager, FP&A to support Amazon's Global Logistics Network. Amazon is continuously innovating on behalf of our customers to deliver more quickly and at lower prices. In this role, you will drive profitability and customer experience by directly impacting the development, planning, and execution of our Inbound supply chain network. The role will require quickly learning and fully grasping the business's economics to understand the big picture, gaining proficiency in our data to capture the right details, and communicating clearly and succinctly to effectively partner with business leaders and influence decisions. This person will work closely with the Inbound Planning and Execution team as their strategic finance business partner. They will take a practical, down-to-earth approach to thoroughly understand the team's operations, identify cost savings opportunities, and own the process for securing financial entitlements. Through regular meetings and deep dives into data and performance metrics, they will gain insights into areas for optimization and process improvements. This analytical role will require the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making and drive profitability for the Inbound supply chain network.
