Finance Manager- Operations

The Finance Manager – Operations will lead the cost accounting function, developing, installing, and monitoring cost control systems, and interpreting cost data for management. This role involves creating reports that compare actual results to plans, presenting cost analyses for programs involving production activities, and ensuring inventory valuation and cost variance analysis. Additionally, the Finance Manager will implement new and revised cost reporting and analysis systems, along with related procedures. The position also requires managing personnel, budgets, and resources, with responsibilities extending to complex cost accounting projects.
