Financial Modeling: Own and evolve the People Affordability models, and other models to monitor trends and inform key drivers. Model HC ramp and people spend with clear assumptions, commentary, and point of view as key inputs for the finance ROB (forecast, planning, ad-hoc decision making) Finance ROB: Own financial close, forecast, planning processes for HC and People$, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution in finance tools and systems. Monitor material variances, problem solve and resolve accounting issues.
