About The Position

Finance Manager Automotive F&I Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the training and execution of the finance process. Sale of all back-end products. Procure financing for our customers. Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees. Keep all CIT’s under 7 days. Finance & Warranty source relations. Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources. Cultivate and maintain relationships with our extended warranty company. Develop alternative sources for back-end products. Cultivate and maintain relationships with our GAP insurance provider. Requirements

• Self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to get things accomplished
• Able to work comfortably in a team environment

• Proficient time-management and organizational skills
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• 2 years of Automotive F&I Experience
