About The Position

Heritage Honda Parkville is seeking a Finance Manager to join their elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. This role is pivotal in driving the dealership's F&I selling process, ensuring compliance, and generating additional income through various vehicle protection sales. The Finance Manager will work closely with the General Manager to benchmark production goals and maintain strong relationships with finance sources to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans.
• Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure the growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals.
• Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers.
