About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Private Brands Finance team. This role will be the Finance Programs leader for the recently merged Hardlines and Softlines Private Brands Finance teams, managing strategic projects across the two product families, driving the integration of the reporting and planning processes, and supporting business leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to achieve our goals and initiatives. The pace and growth of the business along with its unique business model, make this an attractive role for someone looking to demonstrate themselves, and make a big impact to the business. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a collaborative leader to work with a dynamic network of Business and Finance partners, and an innovator to drive continuous improvement and automation in P&L analysis, planning and reporting processes. He/she enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals, and have a proven ability to dive deep to solve complex business and finance problems.
