About The Position
Prime Finance is looking for an innovative, data-driven Financial Manager to support some of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon. This is a high-visibility role that offers opportunity for career growth; the role requires a self-driven candidate with a mix of business judgement, ability to work with complex data, controllership and automation skills. This role will support WW Prime Price Change, Monetization, and Prime Business Model evaluation where Prime Program has been launched, and build/improve metrics to evaluate program performance across countries. This role will partner across functional teams and help create long term pricing forecasts for the customer-loved Prime Program. If you enjoy using analytical skills to shape strategy and building scalable tools to drive quick decisions this will be a good match. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating financial review meetings with Business and Finance stakeholders to support decision making. You will drive thought leadership in the area of quantifying the value of distinct customer behaviors, creating and improving financial metrics, reports and scorecards. Developing and leveraging relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure will be key, as well as being comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management. The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this position.
