The candidate selected for this position will function as the finance lead for the Global Integrated Solutions (GIS) Product Line in the Precision Strike business area. This product area has a diverse program/product portfolio that includes development and production for an international customer base. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the Product Line Director and GIS Leadership team. As the GIS Finance Lead, you shall assume full financial responsibility for the GIS Product Line, which includes US and UK programs. This position is intended to function in a full-time remote capacity. That said, if the selected individual is near a BAE Systems office and desires a hybrid or full-time on-site format, this may be able to be accommodated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business discipline (also, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 6+ years of professional work experience
  • Prior project finance related experience
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Financial acumen and strategic thinking

  • Ability to self-direct, crucial for working in a full-time remote format
