Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations and business performance of studios within the XGS portfolio.
  • Support business planning operations for studios under management.
  • Create month-end financial reporting through analysis and reconciliation of system results.
  • Utilize various systems and tools for data mining and business intelligence to analyze financial data trends.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Build financial reporting continuity and support established studio-specific KPIs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data management and system-related work items.
  • Assist with financial system hierarchy setup and management.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis across various programs and offerings.
