About The Position

The Finance Manager for the Franchise Credit Card Project plays a crucial role in leading the development and management of the project budget for the Franchise Credit Card and Unsecured Lending business lines. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Preferred accounting or financial designation (e.g., CPA, CFA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Ability to develop key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of the project budget for Franchise Credit Card and Unsecured Lending business lines.
  • Provide consulting, planning, and analytic support on financial results and future budgeting.
  • Challenge the project delivery team to ensure forecasts and financial plans drive business results.
  • Conduct financial analysis, reviews, and audits to support functional goals and objectives.
  • Act as a source of advice to senior management in the field of specialty and lead teams of specialists.
  • Develop and implement financial models and methodologies to support reporting and analysis functions.
  • Communicate complex concepts and influence alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
