Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team. The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging strategic financial direction with tactical execution across the Purpose Brands portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role oversees day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actuals, forecasts, and budgets. This individual serves as a key liaison between the Senior Director of Finance and the Senior Financial Analysts (SFAs), ensuring alignment, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables. The Finance Manager will also serve as the primary owner of budget/forecast workstreams, create financial models, standardize reporting infrastructure, and will contribute to cross-functional business planning, performance tracking, and decision support.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, operations finance, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial forecast and budget models in collaboration with brand leadership, the Senior Director of FP&A, and the enterprise FP&A team.
Provide brand leadership teams with financial insights to drive operational strategies that enhance growth and profitability.
Partner with the Data and Analytics team to deliver Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), including analysis of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities with a high level of attention to detail.
Define and monitor KPIs and track business trends to guide decision-making and operational improvements.
Support various business teams on an ad hoc basis with ROI modeling, pricing analysis, and scenario planning for new initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
Collaborate with departmental leads and operational teams to gather inputs and assumptions for planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
Validate financial data in partnership with accounting and data teams, ensuring accuracy across actuals, accruals, and adjustments to the P&L and cash flow statements.
Contribute to the implementation of new NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) budgeting and forecasting by supporting financial design, process integration and system configuration.
Own core finance systems, financial models, and reporting tools to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Drive process improvement and documentation for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
Provide day-to-day guidance to Senior Financial Analysts, clarifying deliverables, prioritizing work, and ensuring alignment with business partners across the organization.
Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the shared services finance team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
