About The Position

The Finance Manager will act as a key business partner to the Sales organization, providing financial leadership, analysis, and strategic insights to drive profitable growth across retail and foodservice channels. This role will support trade spend optimization, customer profitability, and sales forecasting, while ensuring alignment with company financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in CPG or food industry.
• Strong understanding of trade spend, customer profitability, and sales finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with D365, TPM systems, or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Managers to evaluate customer performance, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
• Support annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for revenue, trade spend, and volume.
• Analyze trade promotion ROI and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales and the accounting team to ensure accurate accruals and tracking of promotional spend.
• Develop and maintain customer P&Ls and channel-level financial models.
• Provide insights into margin drivers, mix shifts, and pricing impacts.
• Deliver monthly sales performance reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Prepare presentations and insights for Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Enhance financial processes related to trade spend, deductions, and forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requirements.
