About The Position

We are seeking a Corporate Planning & Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team! The Corporate Planning & Analytics (CP&A) team serves as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and the full Aon Executive Committee for all planning and analytics needs. CP&A demonstrate financial, strategic, and operational expertise and are a key 'go to' team for executives in the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for management and deliver timely financials; delivering strategic insight into the business's short, medium-and longer-term outlook. Requirements

  • Foundational experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (minimum of 5 years)
  • Comfortable working on strategic and financial projects; solution line / product line financial analysis a plus
  • Flexible and able to support multiple finance teams and shifting priorities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Focused on turning data into insights and actions, not just reporting results
  • Support the Global Head of CP&A and Director Assistant with engagement activities and team organization

Responsibilities

  • Support the CP&A team across a broad range of projects, providing analytical, reporting, and coordination support as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of key financial cycles and deliverables, including the Operating Plan, Forecast, Strategic Plan, Investor Day materials, and Board presentations.
  • Support the preparation of ad hoc financial analyses and materials for the Global Head of CP&A and the CFO, ensuring high-quality, timely, and insightful outputs.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including drafting clear, value-added commentary that explains the story behind the financial results and key performance trends.
  • Serve as a flexible analytical and reporting resource across CP&A, stepping in to support different workstreams and priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Participate actively in the team’s digital transformation journey, helping to leverage new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
  • Help streamline, standardize, and centralize financial analysis and modelling approaches to drive consistency, scalability, and best practices across the function.
  • Support the development, evaluation, and monitoring of business cases as needed, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and preparation of decision-support materials.
  • Contribute to CP&A team engagement and development initiatives, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver activities that strengthen collaboration and capability.
