About The Position

Provide direction and strategic planning of WEI Sales & Marketing functions through financial insights, analysis and guidance in achieving overall profitability. Serve as a strategic business partner to internal customers and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity of processes and performance. Lead reporting and analysis involving customer and product portfolios. Advise on margin enhancement opportunities. Oversee customer price lists and calculate monthly/weekly adjusted pricing. Manage monthly forecast process and develop annual budgets. Manage month-end close process and interpretation of financial results. Finance lead for NPD process including evaluation of financial risks & opportunities considering Company strategic objectives. Bid development for all customer brands. Provide strategic insights, analysis and recommendations relating to current & future business performance & strategies. Drive high performance culture by providing guidance, direction and developmental leadership to direct reports. Partner with IT to drive system enhancements and focus on continuous improvements that will impact overall business processes (ie bid process).
