Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related majors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think and work independently.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines.
• Desire to learn more about our industry.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop trend analysis using historical financial data to support budget model construction.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and distribution to the management team.
• Contribute to special finance projects associated with specific accounts.
• Create new budgeting approaches to benchmark cost metrics and identify savings opportunities.
• Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools to create visualizations for proactive financial reviews.
• Gain hands-on experience in diverse finance tasks, including trend analysis, reporting, project support, and budget optimization.
• Contribute to informed decision-making through analysis of financial data.
• Enhance financial efficiency within the organization through innovative methodologies.
