About The Position

The Finance Leadership Development Program at ITT is a three-year, full-time initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in finance through rotational experiences across various departments. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of finance operations, enhance their leadership skills, and engage in impactful projects while receiving mentorship and professional training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related major.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Energy, passion, and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive and results-driven individual.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful/problem solver.
  • Able to quickly adapt to change.
  • Mobility: Must be geographically mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Participate and drive business outcomes during rotational assignments in areas including Accounting, Finance Operations, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, and Value Center Finance.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills.
  • Partner with leadership and peers to identify, develop and enact process improvements.
  • Gain an understanding of ITT's SOX policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the resolution of AP/AR items.
  • Conduct inventory audits and cost analysis.
  • Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager.
