Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead our finance team supporting the Commercial HVAC (CHVAC) Americas Equipment Product Growth Teams (PGTs). This role offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with senior business and product leadership, driving financial strategy and performance for a leading segment. The ideal candidate thrives in a complex, matrixed environment and demonstrates strategic insight, operational rigor, leadership capabilities and a passion for enabling growth through financial stewardship. As the Finance Leader supporting Equipment PGTs, you will report to the CHVAC Finance Leader and serve as the primary finance business partner to the CHVAC VP of Product Management. This role influences decision-making and enabling sustainable, profitable growth through a focus on delivering market insights, interpreting sales trends and understanding pricing dynamics. You will blend strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication to deliver value in a rapidly evolving setting.
