  • Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams during annual operating plan (AOP) cycles and month-end close processes.
  • Assist in updating and enhancing financial reports, dashboards, and resource planning strategies.
  • Participate in cost center, profit center, and expense reporting improvements, including data validation and cleanup.
  • Contribute to project-based work such as capital structure optimization, compliance initiatives, and ERP implementation support.
  • Engage in financial accounting activities: journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC reporting preparation.
  • Analyze pricing, sourcing savings, and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements.
  • Participate in audit assignments, compliance projects, and documentation efforts to support mandatory requirements and process clarity.
