About The Position

The Finance Intern, provides hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis through involvement in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, offering insight into how finance supports strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Interns will work with real financial data, develop an understanding of key performance drivers, and contribute to FP&A-driven projects and business performance initiatives that support both short-term objectives and longer-term planning efforts. Throughout the internship, interns will collaborate with members of the finance team and gain visibility into how financial information flows across the business. A s part of this experience, interns will also support core financial reporting activities, including monthly sales reporting and the month-end close process, gaining practical experience in how financial results are prepared, reviewed, and communicated to leadership.

Requirements

• Basic computer and email ability required; willing to accept training
• Comfortable following instructions and documenting your work.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work well with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the finance team on planning, reporting, and analysis
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Contribute to finance projects and process improvements
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and sales summaries
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Complete various tasks provided by direct report/Intern manager
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
