About The Position

The Summer Internship program is a paid multi-disciplinary program designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. The program is designed to introduce qualified and talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole. Interns will have close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. The Summer Internship Program offers each intern a rotation across three distinct insurance product segments: employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management. Interns will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience unfiltered access to the role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager. Throughout the program interns will work towards a final project, drawing on their experiences across the three product segments, culminating in a presentation to NFP Leadership.
