Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: May 4 - July 11 Department: Finance We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in assisting with financial tasks, data analysis, report preparation, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Finance or a related field to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment.

  • Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, gathering data, and updating models
  • Managing and maintaining spreadsheets for financial data and analysis
  • Assisting with accounting work, such as reconciling accounts and processing transactions
  • Conducting market research and gathering information on financial instruments and trends
  • Performing basic clerical duties, such as filing and organizing documents
  • Supporting finance team members with various projects and tasks
  • Gaining practical experience in the financial sector and developing skills
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in financial data and reports
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to identify and solve problems related to financial data and processes
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
