About The Position

The Finance Intern position at Travel + Leisure Co. offers a unique opportunity for students pursuing a degree in finance or a related field to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. Interns will work closely with the corporate finance team and segment FP&A teams, engaging in real-world financial challenges within a dynamic business environment. Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or any finance-related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2025 in Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of the monthly P&L and cash flow forecast for the consolidated company
• Assist in the creation of monthly reporting packages for actuals and forecast along with variance analysis vs budget and prior year
• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities
• Assist with preparation of deliverables needed for quarterly earnings calls
• Conduct any additional ad hoc analysis or special projects as needed
