Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled at the time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate Accounting or Finance degree program at an accredited college or university, or have graduated from this program within the past year.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, reconcile, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the teams and internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • General Knowledge of account payable payment policies and procedures are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • File/scan all project-related invoices and upload documentation into the ERP system.
  • Assist in the weekly check run.
  • Prepare and enter invoices directly into the ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment requests.
  • Work closely with the Finance team and Operations team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with Subcontractors and Project Managers.
  • Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated from the Finance team.
