Brunswick Corporation is seeking a motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our Corporate Finance team for an 8-10 week summer internship. This project-based role offers hands-on experience supporting a strategic finance initiative while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As the world's leading recreational marine company, Brunswick is home to iconic and trusted brands like Mercury Marine, Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, and Freedom Boat Club. From award-winning engines to cutting-edge marine technology, we're redefining the future of boating through bold innovation and unforgettable on-water experiences. Interns will be assigned a dedicated finance project in the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Treasury and Cash Flow Management Product Costing and Manufacturing Finance Internal Audit or Compliance Financial Systems and Process Optimization Throughout the internship, you'll collaborate with experienced finance professionals, receive one-on-one mentorship, and grow your network through team events and cross-functional exposure. You'll wrap up the experience by presenting your project insights directly to senior leaders-giving you visibility, impact, and a chance to showcase your work. Pathway to FLDP Top-performing interns will be considered for Brunswick's Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP)-a two-year rotational program designed to fast-track your career through diverse finance assignments, hands-on learning, and cross-functional exposure across Brunswick's businesses.
