Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; High School diploma required.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel; familiarity with financial research tools is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to team members.
• Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in data and financial reporting.
• Drive: A self-starter with a genuine interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn from a fast-paced, professional team.
• Physical Requirements Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment.
• Working on a computer for extended periods of time.
• Lifting up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity: Conduct data entry, organize client files and reports, and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Market Research: Assist financial advisors and wealth managers in conducting market research and analysis for investment opportunities.
• Portfolio Support: Support the preparation of client presentations, client account documentation, reports, and investment proposals.
• Professional Shadowing: Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into client meetings and wealth management strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the technology and asset management teams to ensure accuracy of data, maintain client portfolios and perform portfolio reviews.
