KnitWell Group – 2026 Summer Internship Program Finance Intern - Talbots Throughout the summer, the Finance Intern will get a broad understanding of the retail industry and company and the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance team. The intern will assist with weekly forecasting and monthly reporting deliverables and support various financial statement analysis projects.
Requirements
- Relevant Accounting and Finance coursework
- Basic understanding of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
- Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
- Available June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end book close deliverables providing financial statement analysis
- Work with various partners in Finance on ad hoc projects that will provide insights on various sales and expense items
- Prepare the weekly forecast
