About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to assist the finance team with financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliation tasks. This role provides exposure to corporate accounting operations. This role is onsite in Warrendale, PA from 7:30-4:30 five days per week.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with posting A/P invoices, customer receipts and journal entries.
- Assist with month end close.
- Assist with administering the purchasing card program, uploading receipts and coding and posting transactions.
- Assist with preparation of the monthly reporting package.
- Assist with financial audits and document preparation.
- Assist with the bank account consolidation project and the migration from legacy to new banking relationships.
- Review sales tax filings.
- Assist with analyzing revenue and expenses.
- Ad hoc requests.
