Requirements

  • Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Management or Business Administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (specifically Excel Google slides and Google sheets)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams to constructively resolve issues and resolve problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Learn the different functions within finance / accounting team
  • Document and record procedures within finance/accounting
  • Prepare billings, cash receipts and other basic accounting entries in our ERP with supervision
  • Research vendor inquiries or issues in a timely manner and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with electronic file organization as required
  • Update Resource Plans as required
  • Research Employee Expense report and Travel applications
  • Document procedures and processes upon request and interview team members
  • Perform other duties or research requests as assigned
