Job Summary: You will be required to perform, assist and oversee a variety of Accounting related tasks and projects as directed by the Director of Finance, Assistant Controller and Staff Accountants. These tasks might be repetitive, especially while performing Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes. Projects might be assigned which include, but are not limited to: Accounting work flow and process mapping, Accounting Work Instructions, AP processing enhancements, Cost Containment review, Fixed Asset review, Cycle Count and Inventory review and Financial Reporting.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or
Have a declared field of study and enrolled full-time in an Associate’s degree program, or equivalency to full-time enrollment when attending a trade school or certification program; or
Have recently graduated with a degree or certification from these programs within the last six months.
Applicants should be seeking a degree or certification in business or a related field.
PC Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
