About The Position

Forward is looking for a Finance Intern to join us during the summer of 2026. As a Finance Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in three key financial areas: Lending/Credit, Insurance, and Investments. This rotational program provides exposure to different aspects of financial sales, allowing you to develop critical skills while working alongside industry professionals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Interest in sales, financial services, and relationship management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Lending/Credit, Insurance, and Investments, supporting daily operations and learning from experienced professionals.
• Engage with clients, assist with sales initiatives, and develop an understanding of financial products.
• Work on assigned projects designed to enhance industry knowledge and practical skills.
• Research industry trends and prepare insights to support business decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
