About The Position

We are looking for motivated and talented individuals who are eager to take on real responsibility and make a meaningful impact. Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond. You’ll join a growing, diverse, and mission-driven finance team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across our Digital Infrastructure, Crusoe Cloud, and Corporate Finance teams. This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Denver office. Must be available to participate in the internship during one of the following dates: May 18 – August 7, 2026 June 1 – August 21, 2026 June 15 – September 4, 2026

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with core accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Style: A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, forecasts, and interactive dashboards to track company performance
  • Support the accounting cycle by validating data, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support monthly forecast updates and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Process Innovation: Contribute to efficiency efforts by researching and implementing process improvements, including exploring the AI landscape for applications in financial workflows.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support the team in creating materials for potential debt and equity capital raising processes, as well as regular investor updates.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects ranging from cost analysis and financial modeling to market research and strategic decision support.
