About The Position

Lenovo is seeking candidates for an exciting Summer 2026 internship opportunity within our Motorola Mobility business, headquartered in the iconic Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago. This role will be an integral part of the core finance team, supporting our International Sales Organization (ISO) and the Motorola Go-To-Market team, which drives some of the most innovative smartphones in the industry. Please note that there are 3 finance internship roles available. This specific role would support the Global/Business Unit Finance team. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline with a target graduation date on or before May 2027.
• Willing to reside within commuting distance of the Motorola headquarters in downtown Chicago and work a hybrid schedule of 3 or more days per week in the office.
• Must reside in the US and will not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Demonstrated passion for Lenovo's cultural attributes: Serving Our Customers, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Teamwork with Integrity and Trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Deliver weekly reports on retail sell-through, including detailed analysis of pricing, promotions, and market share.
• Break down retail performance data to provide insights based on marketing spend, pricing strategies, and competitive factors.
• Audit royalty certificates from a key strategic partner.
• Conduct financial reviews for new products and monthly product performance.
• Support tracking and analysis of R&D expenditures.
• Handle various financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

Benefits

• Salary range budgeted for this position is $26 - $31/hour based on years of educational experience.
• Interns are not eligible for Lenovo's employee benefits, except to the extent required by law.
