About The Position

As a Ripple intern, you will work on challenges that impact our mission and shape our company. With support from your team, access to learning and development resources, and opportunities for fun along the way, our program will give you the foundation to start your career journey. The Ripple FP&A team is seeking an ambitious and analytical student to join the team as a Summer Intern. Over the course of the internship, you will work closely with the FP&A team on quarter end projects, develop data driven analysis, and gain a comprehensive understanding of FP&A functions.

Requirements

• Candidates are required to be analytical, effective communicators, and organized.
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is passionate about achieving goal.
• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree preferably in a Major in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.
• Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
• Proficient abilities in Microsoft Excel and Google suite
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Able to develop and deliver effective presentations to business partners.

Nice To Haves

• prior Anaplan, Tableau or programming experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing quarterly financial reports, variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), and effectively communicate results
• Update departmental budget tracker with actuals, revised forecast, and headcount
• Collaborate with department budget managers, accounting, and other finance partners to expedite the monthly close process, perform budget variance analysis, and communicate results
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting and financial commentary for the Q2 Board of Director meeting
• Build relationships with key business partners across the organization and assist with ad hoc projects to provide data driven answers
• Prepare revenue analysis model for Ripple products, highlighting trends, provide recommendations for H2 2026, and present results to FP&A team
