About The Position
In this position, you process customer credit applications and submit them to various financial institutions for approval. Your attention to detail is essential as you fill out and organize all state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions. After our clients purchase a vehicle, you are there at the time of delivery to review all the necessary paperwork with them. With your sales savvy and customer service skills, you explain the benefits of our additional products such as vehicle service agreements, paint and fabric protection, and road hazard coverage. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
Requirements
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- PA Vehicle Sales license (we will help you acquire if necessary)
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive dealership and / or finance experience preferred
Responsibilities
