Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: As our Finance Coordinator/HR extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and work in both human resources and finance. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?

Requirements

  • You play well with others and are a logical thinker, always ready to tackle challenges.
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 1-3+ years in HR/Admin/Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software (Global Shop/SAP/Oracle/Sage), payroll systems (Paylocity), and ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, manage background checks, and facilitate new hire orientation/onboarding.
  • Employee Management: Maintain accurate paper and/or digital employee files, process HR documentation (hires, terminations, changes), and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Benefits & Compliance: Administer benefit programs (health, disability), coordinate open enrollment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist bi-weekly payroll for both CA and TX locations and handle employee inquiries.
  • Accounting Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, filing, scanning, and help to reconcile bank accounts, post journal entries, and assist with general ledger maintenance.
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions – Enter and code a high volume of payables (40-60/day or 800-1200 monthly), including vendor invoices, employee reimbursement expense reports, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper approval.
  • Vendor management & documentation – Maintain vendor records, e-invoice filing, and ensure all invoices comply with company policies and documentation requirements.
  • Payment processing & scheduling – Assist with weekly payment runs (ACH, check, and wire), verify due dates, and assist with timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
  • Reconciliations & AP support – Assist with AP aging reviews, reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support month-end close by providing AP schedules and documentation.
