About The Position

TBC Corporation is seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team. Finance will be one of the two tracks available in the graduate rotational program. As you progress through 3 rotations, you have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to real-world projects. As part of your role, you’ll engage in a comprehensive program that offers insights into various aspects of TBC’s business, network with fellow associates, and enhance your personal and professional growth. This program is designed with long-term growth potential, allowing associates to fast-track their career at TBC! Job ResponsibilitiesRotation 1: Internal Audit Objective: Acquire skills in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Key Activities: During this rotation, participants will delve into the complexities of internal auditing. Assist in audit planning, perform testing procedures for internal audit engagements and the ICFR testing program, document results, prepare audit documentation, and collaborate with team members and other departments to support audit activities and communicate findings. This rotation will emphasize the importance of internal controls, risk management, and governance. Additional Job ResponsibilitiesRotation 2: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Objective: Develop expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Activities: During this rotation, participants will work with the FP&A team to understand how financial plans are created and managed. They will gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Participants will also learn how to create and present financial reports that support strategic decision-making processes within TBC. Continued ResponsibilitiesRotation 3: Accounting Objective: Gain experience in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Activities: In this rotation, participants will work with the accounting team to manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. They will gain hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. Participants will also learn about the importance of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and the role of accounting in supporting business operations. Requirements

  • Must have graduated from a 4-year+ degree program (bachelor’s degree or graduate school) prior to June 2025.
  • Ideal candidates should have academic backgrounds and 0-1 years of relevant experience in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, and related fields.
  • Associates must be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and communication abilities, a keen desire for personal growth, a collaborative spirit, a passion for finance, and a proactive approach.   • Be available full-time (40 hours/week) and local to Palm Beach Gardens, working in a hybrid work environment.

  • This program is intended as a first practical work experience; therefore, previous work experience is not required but is a plus.
