About the position
The Finance - FP&A Internship at JR Automation offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within the automation industry. Interns will support the finance team in various tasks, including report generation and competitor analysis, while learning essential finance and accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Gather information from various sources and update reports monthly and quarterly.
- Assist in building new reports with our new systems that will be implemented in 2025 and support actual business analysis with these new tools.
- Learn basic and moderate Finance and Accounting functions by assisting with monthly processes.
- Enhance competitor analysis by providing support and insights.
- Take on one or two projects (to be determined).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves
- Interest in the automation industry is a plus.
