About The Position

We are seeking experienced Finance Experts to collaborate with AI researchers in advancing the performance of large language models (LLMs) in financial domains. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about both finance and emerging AI technologies, offering a unique opportunity to shape how AI understands and applies complex financial concepts. You’ll play a critical role in identifying gaps in model capabilities, designing evaluation frameworks, and contributing to the development of more accurate, reliable, and insightful AI systems. No prior AI experience is required—only deep domain expertise in finance and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quantitative Finance, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Consulting.
Demonstrated mastery of core financial concepts including investment analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, revenue modeling, corporate finance, asset management, and risk assessment.
Exceptional written communication skills in English to clearly articulate complex financial ideas and evaluation criteria.

CFA (Level I/II/III) or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance

Responsibilities

Evaluate LLM performance across various financial domains where models underperform.
Apply your finance expertise to guide AI in understanding financial analysis, modeling, and decision-making processes.
Develop detailed rubrics to assess model accuracy and reasoning in specialized areas such as M&A analysis, deal evaluation, financial forecasting, and valuation.
Partner with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to refine training methodologies, evaluation strategies, and benchmarking standards.
Provide actionable feedback to improve model outputs and ensure alignment with real-world financial practices.
