The Finance Administrative Assistant plays a vital role within Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort by providing administrative support to the senior executive team, interacts with all levels of the organization, customers, regulators and external constituents, maintains required reporting and completes additional tasks as assigned. This position offers the opportunity to handle multiple tasks at one time, complete diverse sets of requests and manage projects that stretch professional development. Candidates for this position must be able to receive and handle confidential information, possess a positive and customer-oriented personality and work in a cohesive team environment. This employee performs a full range of executive administrative and related duties using considerable independent judgment in making decisions.
