About The Position

The Finance Director - Shared Services at Intermountain Healthcare is responsible for overseeing the financial management of pharmacy services across multiple facilities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business/healthcare administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, planning, and analysis in a large healthcare organization.
• Extensive experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in financial analysis.

Nice To Haves

• PharmD or pharmacy technician training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and oversight of pharmacy services within Intermountain Health.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures for shared service functions.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards related to financial reporting and auditing.
• Manage and optimize revenue cycle, cost structure, and cash flow for assigned functions.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor financial professionals and staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on trends and challenges in the home health and hospice industry.
