We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Director to lead our F&I department with integrity, precision, and performance. This is a premier opportunity for a proven leader who understands that in a luxury environment, every detail — and every deal — matters. What You’ll Do:

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Monday through Sunday availability
Weekends required

Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager or Director.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Deep knowledge of compliance, contracts, and lender relations.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Track record of maximizing PVR and product penetration.
Excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Insurance team
Drive profitability while maintaining full compliance with all state and federal regulations
Structure deals, secure lender approvals, and maximize product penetration
Partner with Sales Management to ensure seamless deal flow and an exceptional client experience
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
