About The Position

As the Finance Director, you are a trusted partner to the business, steering business decision-making, prioritization and resource allocations. You enable long term, profitable growth of our business and optimized value for our customers. In your capacity, you will lead the Finance Teams of 2 US production sites, in New Jersey and Delaware. You report into the Site Director of the 2 Sites.

Requirements

• University or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimally 10 years of work experience in leading a manufacturing Finance organization
• Strong understanding of the markets we are playing in
• Self-driven with a strong delivery orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity
• Ability to build trustful relationships and challenge the business
• Effective in inspiring, mobilizing and persuading others
• Good negotiator

Nice To Haves

• Structured approach with strong analytical skills
• Ability to convey the main story represented in the numbers in ways that the business understands
• Experience working in an internationally operating, dynamic, matrix organization
• Fluency in English; German is an asset
