About The Position

The Finance Director for the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is responsible for leading the Finance division, which manages the annual operating budget, capital improvement plans, and all financial matters affecting the Sheriff's Office. This role involves overseeing agreements, contracts, and grants, while also providing financial services to residents. The position is hybrid, requiring both on-site and remote work, and is intended for current employees of Hennepin County.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and six years of program administration experience in government or a closely related organization.
• Ten years or more of program administration experience in government or a closely related organization.
