About The Position

The Director of Global Oncology will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis for new oncology assets, including the Heme portfolio and various drug candidates. This position involves extensive collaboration with New Assets leads and requires the establishment of processes for governance meetings related to commercial forecasts. The director will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions as the company expands its oncology offerings globally.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in finance-related roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management.
• High motivation and strong customer focus.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of the company's financial tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP and BPC.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to the New Assets leads as required.
• Support global planning for LROP, Aug FC, and budget, including financial guidance and management presentations.
• Prepare materials and financial analysis for governance meetings such as LDRC and HHPAC.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial models and data for effective decision-making.
• Build relationships with research labs and assist in study prioritization.
• Liaise with Forecasting CoE to gather tumor details for budget cycles and explain variances.
• Support EGTM across commercial new assets.
• Assist in developing materials for senior leadership.
• Provide ad hoc support to the marketing team and manage closing activities.
