They will bring a mindset focused on efficiency, automation, and innovative tools – including the use of AI – along with experience in contract negotiation, contract management, and oversight of business operations such as ticketing and concessions. This is a high-intensity role with elevated expectations, requiring the flexibility to attend athletics events and activities during evenings, weekends, and other non-standard hours as part of being an engaged leader.
