Responsibilities Manager – Decision support is responsible for the analysis and report creation to support the decision making for the hospital. Responsible for the production of timely and accurate financial reports and analyses and related activities and works with CFO to ensure consistency in calculation methodology. Provide support to other hospital directors with analytical information for decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management, Health Information Management or Business Administration equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years’ work experience in a hospital setting preferred, healthcare experience required.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with executives, physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.
• Proficient in business software applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word

• A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $83,054.40 to $127,795.20 on an annualized basis.
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
