About The Position

As the Finance & Controlling (Part time) Intern, you will be responsible for handling general administrative and support activities for the Finance and Controlling department. This is a part time position, working a maximum of 25 hours a week. Onsite role in our Bohemia, NY location. Grow with Us - Your Responsibilities You will assist in preparation of documents for financial audits. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. Provide support in ad-hoc accounting projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree
  • Experience with office administration.
  • Strong organization and effective communication skills across all levels and functions.
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
